Art. 237. Todas las terciario que se introduzcan. Coadyuvantes o excluyentes, se consideran aun cuando alguna o algunas estuvieren definitivamente resueltas al tiempo en que se introduzcan nuevas. Anulaciones que se ordena con el fin de que en la sentencia la prelación de la exclusión, se le termine los derechos de todos y cada uno de los tercerístas.
