ARTICULO 2.9.3.5. AFILIACIÓN. Los clubes deportivos o promotores de personas con discapacidad podrán afiliarse a la liga o asociación deportiva departamental o del distrito capital correspondiente, los clubes deportivos a la federación deportiva nacional, en el caso que no se haya constituido la liga o asociación deportiva departamental o del distrito capital.

Parágrafo

Cuando en el nivel departamental o del distrito capital exista más de un club deportivo y/o club promotor, tendrán que constituirse como liga o asociación deportiva departamental o del distrito capital, en ningún caso los clubes deportivos cuando puedan conformar la liga o asociación deportiva departamental o del Distrito Capital podrán afiliarse directamente a la federación deportiva nacional.
