LEVANTAMIENTO DE LA SUSPENSION. El levantamiento de la suspensión se dispondrá por Resolución Ministerial para los Oficiales o de la Dirección General de la Policía para los Suboficiales, con base en la comunicación de autoridad competente, a solicitud de parte o de oficio, siempre y cuando se profiera sentencia absolutoria, sobreseimiento definitivo o cesación de procedimiento o en el evento de revocatoria del auto de detención. A partir de la fecha del levantamiento de la suspensión, el Oficial o Suboficial devengará la totalidad de sus haberes.
