De La Conformación De Los Comités Institucionales

Decreto 671 de 1989 · por el cual se regula el sistema de distinción y estímulos para empleados públicos de la Rama Ejecutiva del Poder Público a nivel nacional.

°. De la conformación de los Comités Institucionales. En cada entidad funcionara un Comité Institucional conformado por los empleados que determine el jefe del organismo. Actuará como Secretario de cada Comité Institucional, el Jefe de Personal de la entidad, o quien haga sus veces.

Parágrafo

Cuando las circunstancias lo requieran, el jefe del organismo podrá crear sub-comités, atendiendo a la estructura orgánica de la entidad.
