La Medalla de 25 años de servicio continuo o discontinuo como Oficial o Suboficial, será de oro mate de 18 quilates, suspendida de una cinta de cuarenta (40) milímetros de ancho, la que tendrá cuatro (4) franjas de color azul oscuro y tres (3) franjas de color amarillo quemado, alternadas; las franjas azules de diez (10) milímetros de ancho las de los extremos y de dos y medio (2½) milímetros las del centro y las amarillas de cinco (5) milímetros.
