Cuando la notificación del auto ejecutivo, o cuando alguna o algunas de las diligencias ejecutivas hayan de practicarse por Juez comisionado, el de la causa librará inmediatamente el despacho del caso, el que podrá entregarse al ejecutante para que, sin necesidad de escrito, lo presente al comisionado.
