amends ley 16/89

Modifíquese el artículo 36 de la Ley 16 de 1990, el cual quedará así:

"Artículo 36. Definición de pequeño productor agropecuario y otros tipos de productor. Para los fines de la presente ley, la Comisión Nacional de Crédito Agropecuario definirá todo lo concerniente a pequeño productor y otros tipos de productor.

Parágrafo

La Comisión Nacional de Crédito Agropecuario contará con un término de tres (3) meses, contados a partir de la entrada en vigencia de la presente ley, para establecer la definición de pequeño productor agropecuario y otros tipos de productor."
