Competencias. Las actividades de las Instancias Tripartitas de Protección y Seguridad no suspenden ni reemplazan, sino que coordinan y complementan las de aquellas instituciones, espacios y autoridades del nivel nacional, distrital, departamental y municipal que tienen por mandato constitucional y legal la seguridad, protección y garantía de los derechos humanos.
