º FUNCIONES DE LA JUNTA DIRECTIVA. Son funciones de la Junta Directiva las siguientes

1.

Formular la política general de la entidad acuerdo con los objetivos previstos en este Decreto.

2.

Aprobar los programas anuales de actividades, así como los proyectos específicos,

3.

Adoptar los estatutos del organismo y cualquier reforma que a ellos se introduzca y someterlos a la aprobación del Gobierno.

4.

Aprobar el presupuesto anual del Instituto.

5.

Determinar la organización interna del Instituto, su planta de personal y señalar las asignaciones correspondientes, conforme a las disposiciones legales vigentes sobre la materia.

6.

Controlar el funcionamiento general del Instituto y verificar su conformidad con la política adoptada, y

7.

Las demás que le señalen la ley y los estatutos.
