º El Ministerio del Medio Ambiente, en ejercicio de la función prevista por el numeral 24 del artículo 5º de la Ley 99 de 1993 regulará las condiciones de conservación y manejo del respectivo cuerpo de agua. Dicha regulación se remitirá al Incora para que se tenga en cuenta en la reglamentación de la titulación del área adjudicable.
