El Ministerio de Salud asignará un porcentaje no menor del cinco (5%) de los recursos destinados al fortalecimiento de lo Red de Urgencias, para el financiamiento de los sistemas de comunicación, transporte y logísticas que sean necesario, en zonas donde se encuentren asentados Pueblos Indígenas.
