Artículo V . Se suprime el artículo 20 del Convenio y se sustituye por el siguiente: "Artículo 20. En el transporte de pasajeros y, equipaje y en el caso de daño ocasionado por retraso en el transporte de mercancías, el transportista no será responsable si prueba que tanto él como sus dependientes tomaron todas las medidas necesarias para evitar el daño o que les fue imposible tomarlas."
