Los Oficiales de la Reserva Naval podrán estar en servicio activo durante el tiempo que el Gobierno lo estime conveniente. En caso de guerra o emergencia, estos Oficiales podrán ser llamados de nuevo al servicio naval con el grado que tenían al ser retirados y con el sueldo correspondiente.
