Al día siguiente de la desfijación del aviso a que se refiere el artículo 64, la División Departamental de Trabajo y Seguridad Social remitirá el expediente a la División de Relaciones Colectivas de Trabajo. Copia auténtica de todos los documentos en que consten las diligencias al que se refiere el presente capítulo serán incorporadas al respectivo expediente.
