Los numerales 1291 y 1292 de la Tarifa de Aduanas fijada por al artículo 1º de la Ley 117 de 1913, modificados por el artículo 1º de la Ley 78 de 1916, quedarán así:

Esta cuota es sin perjuicio del dos (2) y del cinco (5) por ciento (100) de recargo.
