La liquidación de las prestaciones sociales y asignaciones de retiro que se decreten a los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas de Policía, se hará sobre la suma de las siguientes partidas: Sueldo básico; prima de antigüedad; doceava parte de la Prima de Navidad; gastos de representación para Oficiales Generales; subsidio familiar, excepto para la asignación de retiro.
