Abrese al Presupuesto Nacional de gastos del año económico de I915 un crédito suplemental, por la suma de setenta y dos mil ciento cincuenta y nueve pesos catorce centavos ($ 72,159-14), con la siguiente imputación:

Ministerio del Tesoro-Capítulo 90 Deuda interior consolidada y flotante

Parágrafo

Las Oficinas ordenadoras y pagadoras respectivas describirán en sus libros las operaciones a a que da lugar el presente Decreto.
