Cuando en el Tribunal Nacional o Tribunales Seccionales se produzca vacancia de uno o varios de sus cargos, éstos serán provistos para el periodo restante por uno de los profesionales que figuraban en la lista inicial, o por profesionales escogidos de nuevas listas, a discreción de la persona o entidad que deba hacer el nombramiento o elección.
