Autorícese al Gobierno nacional para que incorpore, dentro del presupuesto que se tiene destinado para la conmemoración del bicentenario, las partidas presupuestales necesarias, con el fin de que se lleve a cabo el cumplimiento de las disposiciones establecidas en la presente ley.
