Artículo único. Derógase el artículo 2.º del Decreto número 357 de 1928 (septiembre 24), expedido por la Gobernación del Cauca, y a que se refiere el Decreto número 1873 de 1928 (octubre 5), por el cual se aprobó el anteriormente citado, y déjase en vigencia este último Decreto en sus demás partes.
