Adiciónase el artículo 51 del Decreto 3554 de 2004 con el siguiente

Parágrafo

Para efectos de toma, recepción, clasificación y distribución de muestras se seguirán las normas generales establecidas en la Guía Técnica de Análisis de Medicamentos vigente o las normas que la modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan".
