Art 7°. Para los gastos que exija el cumplimiento de la presente Ley, el Gobierno podrá invertir durante la próxima vigencia fiscal la suma de cien mil pesos ($100.000), que se considerara incluida en el Presupuesto de Gastos de 1889 de1890, y en los demás años se aplicara la cantidad que la ley respectiva determine.
