El Instituto Nicolás Esguerra recibirá anualmente del Gobierno Nacional contados de novecientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 950.000.00), hasta completar la suma de que trata el artículo 3°, principiando con el primer contado en la presente vigencia de 1963.
