Las cooperativas de vivienda de propiedad cooperativa sólo podrán constituir gravámenes hipotecarios diferentes de los que tengan por objeto garantizar préstamos para compra de los terrenos y construcción del conjunto habitacional, cuando así lo acuerde la asamblea general con el voto favorable del setenta por ciento (70%) de los asociados.
