° En la obra del Panóptico habrá los empleados de que trata el Decreto número 896 de 1893. Estos empleados tienen obligación de estar permanentemente en el establecimiento, y el Director de la carpintería lo será también del taller que se establezcan en el Panóptico para enseñar á los reclusos este oficio.
