El Gobierno podrá celebrar con el "Hospital San Carlos" todos los contratos y los acuerdos necesarios para que, respetando la voluntad de su fundador, ésta institución y el Gobierno trabajen armónicamente. Los contratos de que habla el presente artículo sólo necesitan la aprobación ejecutiva, previo concepto favorable del Consejo de Ministros.
