Las declaraciones de testigos sobre hechos anteriores, coetáneos o posteriores, en relación con las pruebas preconstituidas suscritas por los mismos interesados, se aprecian por el Juez teniendo en cuenta, especialmente en guarda de los derechos de terceros, los principios de la ciencia de las pruebas, sin olvidar que, como regla general, entre las partes, los documentos auténticos y los reconocidos por ellos forman plena prueba.
