Art. 4.° Las mejoras útiles y necesarias que según los comprobantes de que se trata, se hubieren hecho por el rematador, serán justipreciadas por tres peritos nombrados, uno por el dueño primitivo, otro por el rematador y el tercero por la autoridad política que interviniere con la entrega. El avalúo que así se les dé, servirá para verificar la indemnización posterior, a que por este motivo tonga derecho el rematador.
