°. Las modificaciones contempladas en este Decreto sustituyen las normas pertinentes del Decreto 2277 de 1979 y se entienden incorporadas al mismo desde la fecha de su expedición. El Ministro de Educación Nacional ordenará que se repita la publicación del Decreto 2277 de 1979 en el Diario Oficial , sustituyendo los textos modificados por el presente Decreto. Una vez efectuada dicha publicación, los dos textos se considerarán como uno solo.
