Aplicación preferente. Los usuarios que con anterioridad a la expedición de este decreto iniciaron los trámites tendientes a obtener los permisos de investigación científica sobre la diversidad biológica con el fin de amparar las actividades de qué trata el presente decreto, continuarán su trámite de acuerdo con las normas en ese momento vigentes. No obstante podrán solicitar la aplicación preferente del procedimiento establecido en el presente decreto.
