Article 9

El Empleado Que Expida O Acepte Un Pasaje Para El Cual No Se Hayan Llenado Los Requisitos Pertinentes De Este Decreto, Incurrirán En Una Multa De Tres Veces El Valor Del Pasaje O Pasajes Y Franquicias, Por La Primera Vez

º El empleado que expida o acepte un pasaje para el cual no se hayan llenado los requisitos pertinentes de este Decreto, incurrirán en una multa de tres veces el valor del pasaje o pasajes y franquicias, por la primera vez. En caso de reincidencia, la sanción será equivalente al doble del valor de la sanción anterior, sin perjuicio de cualquiera otra medida que se juzgue conveniente tomar en defensa de los intereses nacionales.

Parágrafo

Las multas a que se refieren los dos artículos anteriores se impondrán por el procedimiento administrativo e ingresarán al Tesoro Nacional.
