Modifíquese el numeral 5 del artículo 549 del Decreto 390 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “5. No preservar la integridad de los dispositivos de seguridad o las medidas cautelares impuestas por la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN). La sanción será de multa equivalente a quinientas unidades de valor tributario (500 UVT)”.
