Derógase al numeral 14 del artículo 120 de la Constitución Nacional que dice:

Ejercer, como atribución constitucional propia, la intervención necesaria en el Banco de Emisión y en las actividades de personas naturales o Jurídicas que tengan por objeto el manejo o aprovechamiento y la inversión de los fondos provenientes del ahorro privado.

En el numeral 15 del mismo artículo suprímase la palabra "demás".
