La presente ley tiene por objeto ampliar los términos para que aquellas personas que se consideren víctimas del conflicto armado, dentro de lo establecido por el artículo 3° de la Ley 1448 de 2011, puedan rendir su declaración ante el Ministerio Público, en concordancia con las modificaciones propuestas por la Ley 2078 de 2021.
