Artículo V

Las Altas Partes Contratantes procurarán facilitar la creación, el mantenimiento y el funcionamiento de los organismos que tengan por objeto la intensificación de las mutuas relaciones culturales, como establecimientos de educación, institutos culturales y de investigación, centros de información y documentación, y asociaciones culturales.
