La Cijuntos contará con el apoyo de una Secretaría Técnica, encargada de articular las iniciativas y acciones técnicas que surjan en la Comisión, entre las entidades que la integran y la institucionalidad diseñada para ello. La Secretaría Técnica de la Cijuntos será ejercida de manera permanente por el Director de la Agencia Presidencial para la Acción Social y la Cooperación Internacional Acción Social o su delegado.
