Art. 63. De los números correspondientes á las proposiciones del programa de una materia ó materias de cada curso, se tomará uno á la suerte en el momento de principiar el examen de cada alumno, y sobre la tesis correspondiente versará dicho examen. Cuando ella, por muy circunscrita, no diere materia suficiente para disertar en el tiempo fijado, se sacará, una vez agotado, nuevo número de proposición á la suerte.
