Las Partes Contratantes acuerdan adoptar las medidas necesarias para facilitar la entrada, permanencia y circulación de las exposiciones, grupos artísticos, profesores e investigadores y demás personas o elementos que se requieran para elejercicio de las actividades previstas en el presente convenio y en los acuerdos complementarios derivados del mismo.
