° La Caja de Vivienda Militar tendrá un Sub-gerente nombrado por la Junta Directiva de la misma para periodos de un año, pudiendo ser reelegido. Corresponde al Subgerente, lo mismo que al Gerente General la representación legal de la Caja como persona jurídica en todos sus actos, el uso de su firma y la administración de sus intereses.
