Artículo octavo. El término persona usado en el artículo 45 de la Constitución, comprende a las personas naturales o jurídicas de derecho privado, y a las públicas o administrativas. Las personas jurídicas privadas y las públicas o administrativas harán uso del derecho de petición por intermedio de sus representantes legales.
