Revocatoria y revisión de pensiones. Corresponde a la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social -UGPP, adelantar las revisiones encaminadas a verificar las irregularidades que pudieran haberse presentado en las actividades de reconocimiento y decisión de derechos pensionales en favor de los servidores del liquidado Instituto Nacional de los Recursos Naturales Renovables y del Ambiente -INDERENA, así como promover las acciones judiciales que resulten pertinentes, entre otras las previstas en los artículos 19 y 20 de la Ley 797 de 2003 y el artículo 243 de la Ley 1450 de 2011.
