º Prohíbese el día 5 de febrero próximo, de las 8 a.m. a las 4 p.m., el tránsito de los ciudadanos de un Municipio a otro. La violación de este precepto se castigará con arresto hasta de noventa días, que impondrá la autoridad política del respectivo Municipio.
