El Banco de la República dentro de un cupo extraordinario equivalente a un l5% de su capital pagado y reserva legal, podrá hacer préstamos hasta por seis meses de plazo, garantizados con bonos de deuda interna nacional unificada del 4% a las empresas que suscriban tales valores en los términos del presente Decreto.
