El Superintendente Bancario queda encargado del estudio y preparación de proyectos de leyes, decretos y cualesquiera otras medidas gubernamentales relacionadas con el funcionamiento y coordinación de las diferentes entidades a que se refiere este Decreto y, en general, a aquellas cuya supervigilancia le haya sido o le sea confiada por la ley.
