Todo el que tenga en su casa, hotel, restaurante, etc. etc., juegos permitidos está obligado a dar aviso a la Policía o a la primera autoridad política del Municipio, de la situación de la casa, nombre del dueño y juegos que establezca o permita, y a pagar los derechos correspondientes. La contravención a este artículo constituye en casa clandestina el establecimiento respectivo, y el empresario de ella sufrirá las penas señaladas en los artículos anteriores.
