Los auxilios de que trata esta Ley quedan sujetos a la condición de que en su inversión los establecimientos favorecidos se sometan a las disposiciones vigentes y a las que en lo sucesivo se dicten sobre instituciones de utilidad común, higiene y construcción de edificios nacionales.
