Art. 1.° Fíjase en cuarenta y cinco mil pesos ($ 45,000), la partida destinada á cubrir los sueldos que hayan devengado y devenguen en el presente bienio económico los empleados de los Resguardos de Aduanas y Salinas creados ó que se creen conforme á la facultad de que trata el articulo 1.° de la ley antes citada.
