ARTICULO 159 . CONTROVERSIAS ENTRE BENEFICIARIOS. Cuando se presentare controversia entre los beneficiarios de las prestaciones y auxilios, y así lo determine el juez correspondiente, se suspenderá el pago de las sumas objeto de la controversia hasta cuando se decida judicialmente a qué persona o personas corresponden realmente.
