El servicio particular escolar deberá prestarse en vehículos clase automóvil, microbús, camioneta, bus y buseta y en ningún caso el modelo del vehículo podrá superar los veinte (20) años de edad. En zonas urbanas consideradas de difícil acceso por sus condiciones topográficas y viales y en zonas rurales, se podrá continuar prestando el servicio en vehículos clase campero.
