Para pensiones alimenticias en la Escuela Industrial de Bogotá, para sostenimiento de becas en los establecimientos de educación que determine el Gobierno, y para atender al pago de pensiones alimenticias de estudiantes, distribuyense las siguientes partidas apropiadas en el Presupuesto Nacional vigente así:
